Review of Exorcist: The Beginning Directed by Renny Harlin, and set in 1949, this prequel takes Father Merrin, who has abandoned God and the church, to Kenya to be part of a British archaelogical dig where evil has been unearthed. At every turn, Merrin is privy to displays of violence that take him in flashback form to the atrocities he'd witnessed at the hand of the Germans during WWII. In the quest to send evil back where it belongs, he rediscovers his faith, and the knowledge that evil can...

I went to Friendster earlier this week and found out they were going to be having a blog program of their own. Launched on March 1st, the Friendster Blogs are wonderful. In about 5 minutes my blog was all set up and ready to go. Anyone interested in having a blog should consider the Friendster Blogs as a clear choice above the rest. One thing particularly handy and thoughtful is the fact that to post pictures you don't need to go through an outside source like so many other blogs. The Friends...

mourningglori. Did the tsunami trigger some huge domino effect because California is being pounded by horrible storms. Roads are washed out, rock slides, landslides. Some people are think there is a connection between the tsunami that left so many devastated and the current condition in California. Here are some photos of my neighborhood. The sandbags are a precaution that hopefully isn't in vain. We were flooded out of this area in Feb. 2001 and we're extremely worried that it might happen ...

In the sixties, and seventies, reporters didn't make the money they do, now!!!! They weren't a profession like doctors, lawyers, and other over paid professionals. Journalism had a certain integrity to make up for the lack of money and somehow working for the people, making sure they know what their governments' up to, was a great reward and staple of being a reporter. Today, it's all changed. Reporters in papers and on tv make hundreds of thousands of dollars.......tv reporters cashin' in on...

Seizing this day and every other coming down the line is what I'm here for and have been doing for quite sometime. It has a snowball effect and before you know it, you are living your dream, whatever that may be.

It's interesting to imagine what this slain civil rights leader and 20th Century Icon would be saying if he were alive in today's climate. Maybe everyone in Washington and around the globe should stop and think about that on Jan. 17th when we celebrate his birthday. he wouldn't be standing silently on the sidelines of that we can be sure.

We never did see Adrianna, Christopher Moltisantis' beautiful fiance' actually on the ground shot/dead. Is it possible with the Joey show going to the dumper that Drea DeMatteo could be back on The Sopranos Season 6 return?? I think a great possible storyline would be that Sil thought he did the job, but in some wonderous miracle Adrianna did survive and was found by a hunter or park ranger and taken to safety. Does she return and do a job on her former fam by testifying and taking the whole ...
